I am mother of two and have been living in Hamburg, Germany since 1998. I grew up in England and come from Chinese and Vietnamese roots which has deeply influenced my personal journey and my approach to well-being.

I studied Fine Art Painting (BA) at Chelsea College of Art. After completing my studies, I travelled extensively through India and Southeast Asia—a journey that allowed me to reconnect with my cultural roots and fully immerse myself into the East. I studied Eastern philosophy, explored meditation and holistic health practices, including enjoying the many different forms of traditional massage therapies.

Holistic health has since become an integral part of my life. Since 2004, I have regularly worked with Chinese medicine to support various health issues. This led me to study Tuina massage which has further deepened my understanding of Chinese medicine and continues to inspire the way I work with clients today.

I have continued to study different Taoist techniques of massage and continue daily Taoist practices greatly inspired by Master Mantak chia.
